September is officially here. My fantasy draft went well today. I landed the number one pick so lets go Titans! Labor Day, which is also my birthday, is a few days away. I had this week scheduled since the beginning of the series. Wu-tang was one of the most influential groups of my era. The production was raw and gritty and soulful and simple. I picked a few and Distant made me a lil mix to go in on. Enjoy.

Whats good people? All is well with the team. One of my OG’s came home
and reached out and told me how he loved what I was doing and
requested that I hit DMX’s first official single from “Its Dark and

better times. Its also good to get away from the industry people and

Nico the Beast’s album release party was the scene. I had to go in for my homie’s big night. Understand its North Philly, Cleveland St 2300 to be exact, YBMusic/Memory Lane and a whole gang of other fam riding out. As the heat wave continues and electricity bills rise, the energy definitely went through the roof for me this past week. iStandard showcases in Philly and Atlanta followed by an early morning flight back to Philly to prep for Nico the Beast’s “The Beast Within” album release party had me on my toes. Welcome to the 28th Week of 2010. Its hot right? lol. If you live somewhere that is sub-90’s then get at me so i can make travel arrangements. After a wonderful two nights at Fluid Night Club in Philly listening to dope beats from some of the best unsigned producers around and taking in wisdom from industry staples such as Digga, Illmind and Omen, I dropped by the studio to lay my BMF Freestyle. Shouts to my role model, Rhonda Nicholas and my step father turned real father, Paul Nicholas. I want to be like them. Y’all know by now I’m always one to buck trends but at the same time I grew up with, around and under certified North Philly gangsters and I know there ain’t no money like fast money. I’m still blowin it. I just switched the hustle. Catch me in Atlanta next week at CW Midtown blowin some more. Just make sure when you blow it, that it blows in a direction that will make you more!
